Ghislain, a master butcher and worthy heir to his father's passion, was awarded the Prix Viande d'excellence en boucherie artisanale in 2022. Open Tuesday to Thursday, 7am to 1pm and 3pm to 7pm; Friday and Saturday, 7am to 7pm. Closed for February vacations and 2 weeks in September. Delivery possible. Meat and delicatessen vending machine 7/7 days from 6am to 11pm. Meal vouchers available.
