The Compozieux butcher shop is the business of a family concerned with quality. Ghislain, a master butcher and worthy heir to his father's passion, was awarded the Prix Viande d'excellence en boucherie artisanale in 2022. His Limousin beef Blason prestige Label Rouge, his Limousin farm veal raised under the mother, his Capelin mountain farm pig raised with chestnuts and his Quercy farm lamb are some examples. It is one of the most renowned shops in Cahors for quality, advice and exceptional service.
