Founded in 1887, three generations have succeeded one another from grocery store to cannery: whole duck foie gras, stuffed neck, dried duck breast, cassoulet sausage or garbure. In Cahors, the boutique boasts a fine wine cellar and products to discover and even taste on the premises for lunch and dinner. In summer, the terrace opens onto the boulevard Gambetta for tasting spirits, Cahors wines and the Quinquinoix, charcuterie boards to be shared on barrel barrels in a convivial atmosphere. Gold and Silver Medals 2024 at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris.
