Duck sausage, foie gras, truffles… and of course Cahors wines, the Mémé du Quercy is the rendez-vous for gourmets and gourmets under the Halles. The Mémé du Quercy is an association of twenty-two mainly local producers, including twelve independent winegrowers. The master of the premises, Williams Thocaven, gave advice and secrets of manufacturing with a smile. He will have a few nectars sample their choices.
