MAISON CATUSSE L'ARTISAN
The boutique of Maison Catusse is now a place of discovery and event. Thanks to the inventiveness and enthusiasm of Jean-Emmanuel Gaillard, a truffle and wine specialist, it has become the place to showcase culinary innovations, truffle in all its states, and loopholes specialities and mushrooms. Jean-Emmanuel Gaillard déguster and distributes all the wines he offers in his restaurant, Le Carré Noir, which is just 150 metres away. It is a perfect place for regional specialities, truffle and mushroom, for wines and spirits, as well as for advice on food and wine agreements. Our coups: Bowl lamb with candied garlic, block pâté. goose cassoulet with tarbais beans, guinea fowl, gras, fricassee oie and ceps.
