Estelle and Gilles fall in love with Monflanquin and its arcades! In 2018, they left Nantes to open "L'Effet Maison" and offer cuisine from local producers. The lamb comes from Monflanquin, the veal from Penne-d'Agenais, the black Gascon pig from Dolmayrac. Vegetables are grown in Lot-et-Garonne and are organic. A master restaurateur and member of the Collège Culinaire de France, Gilles regularly updates his menu. Squab in 3 ways is one of his favorite dishes. Estelle provides smiling service.
