3 kilometres from Monflanquin, the farm des Expositions has grown cereals, has been producing its own ducks in a traditional way for over 25 years! Together, as a family, Guy and Solange Durgueil produce preserved ducks, foie gras, candied, blocks, rillettes, stuffed shirts, ducks, duck sausages… after family recipes. Here everything is home and Solange will welcome you and advise you to bring home a appetising memory of the region. In summer you can find Solange and Guy every Thursday night at the Producteurs producer market. They sell their products and prepare country plates that will allow you to return the next Thursday.
