The 9th generation will soon take over the domain with Fabien and Vincent, the children of Thierry and Marie-Hélène. Heirs to a long tradition, the Baudel family works a 7-hectare vineyard with manual harvesting. You will be able to taste the Tradition - 75% malbec and 25% merlot, Prestige (2005) - 100% malbec, rosé (cabernet sauvignon), dry white and sweet white. The estate obtained the organic label in August 2021 and uses resistant grape varieties, such as Prior, which do not require any treatment, for the 2 Colibri cuvées.
