A generous and family cuisine, brilliantly interpreted by Stéphane Rossignol, who is also a talented cutler. This copious and tasty cuisine will satisfy even the hungriest of appetites: soup, plenty of charcuterie, local foie gras, cheese and delicious homemade desserts, such as the inevitable pastis on Sundays.
