Alain works in the kitchen using only fresh and local products while Éliane provides service in the dining room. He concocts a refined and personalized cuisine of the region, judge for yourself: hake filet with Noilly Prat butter, veal spider in Madeira, hot goat cheese salad with saffron syrup, lamb sweetbread in its juice, walnut crisp with homemade vanilla and salted butter caramel ice cream... The exemplary presentation of the plates will not fail to put you in appetite. A very good address.

my husband and i dined there the 5/8/2014, good meal, good service, also rather outdated surroundings, limited facilities,
the menu is varied, but beware of the invoicing, trend with error, so be very careful and before regulating well check outside because you can not use

I advice highly this restaurant for me is one of the best in Figeac... Poussez the door and you are already in a special atmosphere of share this incredible architecture of the room... FOOD simply wonderful is served by Héliane that we liked when the first regart her husband with terminal making us the honour simply come to greet you. Very good restaurant

We have to decide to lunch in this restaurant, because it is a home of France. Was very surprised and disappointed if only by the reception a waitress. For the restoration: Little choice on the menu, they has menus from €25 to €35. Contained with little choice and only one dessert each time is a biscuits 25€ for nuts or a €35 a selection of gourmet dessert. It was asked whether you could have another dessert nothing possible! It did not listen to us and did not to satisfy our request. With a disconcerting attitude. Good, then takes laminated sweetbreads, very tasteless. The second main course surprise: fish marmitte (18€) not cooked return of cuisine with the same any filling as duck leg (hard). Vegetables: with cabbage and bacon with a strong and inedible smell of fennel acompagnée... There was our return fish marmitte, with only the name. No marmitte, a little red mullet, whiting, salmon to put on the plate with the famous vegetables (2 soup spoons in volumes) all not highlighted that bathes in a lot of tasteless sauce. To conclude, I do not recommend this expensive and bad restaurant. (60€ for nothing) sinister Setting and very unpleasant waitress!
