Le Sarrasin is one of the crêperies of Figeac, located on rue Balène, in the heart of the historic center. The pancakes, 100% buckwheat and gluten-free, are delicious, especially the Quercy, which will please more than one with its local products. You can also be tempted by one of the salads on the menu, grilled meats, skewers presented on a gallows.
