Address elaborating a fresh, local and faithful kitchen to the most beautiful products with an Iberian touch.
The boss here is Therese, with Santiago at the stove, they put an Iberian touch in a fresh, local cuisine and faithful to the finest products. The dishes on the menu bear witness to this: Iberian ham as a starter, a fish parillada as a side dish, or roast quail, sabayon gratin... Fresh pan-fried duck foie gras, beef filet, Quercy lamb and local cheeses are also a natural part of the menu. You can appreciate the chef's work thanks to the open kitchen on the pretty gothic room.

Fabulous dining experience. The husband and wife team are delightful and very welcoming, and are multilingual with excellent English. We were expertly guided through an interesting menu and wine list. Our three courses, with wines to match, were a memorable highlight of our visit to Figeac. You won't be disappointed.
