Holodeck, the restaurant at Château Chambert, has just opened to offer you a culinary escape. Chef Baptiste Moura skilfully creates gastronomic strolls, respecting the seasons and using fresh, local and often organic produce: nature inspires him to create elegant dishes that appeal to all the senses. They are accompanied by wines carefully selected by Lin Liu, one of the 419 graduates of the prestigious Master of Wine program. This culinary journey takes place in an exceptional setting overlooking the vineyards, designed and restored by architect Stéphane Deligny.

Nous n'avons pas testé le gastro qui a l'air très intéressant, mais testé l'Everest qui propose des planches avec de beaux produits.
Les prix des bouteilles sont relativement élevés mais de belles découvertes et surtout on sent l'investissement derrière le projet. Well done, on reviendra ????????

An excellent wine tasting visit was had. The host was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. We came away with several bottles of excellent reds and a very nice desert wine.
