Restaurant with an authentic atmosphere offering traditional cuisine
The Bistrot de Gigouzac is run by Damien, the son, and Noëlle, the mother, in a pure spirit of village life. With a traditional cuisine sometimes revisited by Noëlle and her ideas from all over the world, the dish that the regulars prefer is the rainbow trout, from the mill of Guiral, with a badian sauce, and a side dish that changes according to the season. More than a bistro, it's a multi-service place where you can buy your newspaper, but also party during concerts and evening animations. An authentic atmosphere as we like it!
