After 30 years of loyal service from the founders of the place, Suzy and Gérard Curtet, their children Marine and Julien have taken over, and can count on the chef Carle Jenner to offer a creative and refined cuisine, referenced in the Bonnes Tables du Lot: he likes to distill spices, but has taken over the famous panache of calf's head and tongue in the Gérard Curtet style.
