La Quercynoise, a group of producers since 1975, settled for more than 40 years in the Lot, has its store in Gramat. In the respect of the tradition, it offers you duck foie gras from the South-West, duck confit, gift boxes and other gastronomic specialities. The ducks are certified IGP Sud-Ouest, which guarantees a manufacture in the rules of art. The store in Gramat is permanent, and a seasonal store is present in Rocamadour from April to November. La Quercynoise also offers its products for sale on the internet.

Une bonne idée ce magasin de producteurs qui offre un beau choix de produits. Le principe des lots est très bien économiquement et permet de goûter plus de choses.

Ce bocal de 130g de foie gras entier du Sud-Ouest était inclus dans le "panier pour anciens de ma commune " (Senlis 60) : foie gras sec,insipide.

Attrape nigauds!
Une boîte de fois gras de 200g figurait cette année dans le colis de Noël offert par mon entreprise.
Après ouverture, nous avons pesé le contenu complet de la boîte, torchon et graisse compris: 178g
Foie gras seul: 110g, supposés représenter 4 à 5 tranches..!
