On the heights of Le Hohwald, Virginie and François Tinelle welcome you to their new establishment, which boasts all the classics of the traditional farmhouse inn, with a twist and a nice modern touch: a single dish during the week and a short, 100% local menu at weekends. It's excellent, fresh and very affordable. We go there for the "spetzlette" (Alsatian version of tartiflette), the tarts flambées, the Alsatian welsch or the Liège waffles in several versions... And for the fabulous view, of course!
