Since 2014, Benoît has been running the 15 ha family estate and offers his flagship cuvée des Polissons. A wine that is easy to drink!
Benoît is part of the new generation of winemakers who are breathing fresh air into Cahors wines. With his emblematic cuvée, Les Polissons, in homage to his children, he revisits malbec in two versions, bringing it a lighter touch. This wine, easy to enjoy, offers a surprising palette of tastes. Subsequently, he has also created a Sauvignon Blanc IGP Côtes du Lot and a Cuvée Queue de Pressoir Vin de France. Trained in oenology, Benoît took over part of the family estate in 2014, managing 15 hectares of vines.
