In an enchanting setting, at the foot of a cliff, with an unobstructed view of the Ouysse and its small ruined bridge, Mathieu and Stéphane Chambon, whose reputation is well established, cook noble and refined products. Truffle, foie gras, cep and game are dishes that they are particularly fond of. Rewarded with 1 Michelin star, their innovative and knowledgeable cuisine is colorful and explodes in the mouth. Special mention for the exceptional desserts. A classy address of the Bonnes Tables du Lot and a gastronomic no-fault.

Repas royal, joli cadre champêtre

Toutes les tables sont heureusement orientées de manière à ce que les convives voient a salle, car le lieu et l'efficacité du service sont un spectacle en soi. Alternance et abondance de plats traditionnels ou originaux, tous savamment concoctés. On peut être intimidé par un carpaccio de canard ou trouver désuet ou un peu gaulois un (fameux) bouillon avec escargots, cuisses de grenouilles troussées et un tronçon de truite fumée. Mais tout le monde fond devant le dessert-mise-en-scène somptueux. Un vrai régal pour les papilles et les yeux. Le sommelier laisse le choix d'un vin par met ou un même cru tout le long. La chambre est très bien. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est juste correct pour un établissement qui se veut au top.
