Perched on a rocky outcrop in the Dordogne River, the Château de la Treyne offers a remarkable sight. The industrialist Auguste-Gabriel Savard had major transformations carried out and entrusted the design of the French-style park to one of the greatest landscape artists of the time, Edouard André. The rooms will be a cozy and luxurious nest in a majestic setting. The "seminarians" will work in the Romanesque chapel and then enjoy a meal from the starred chef Stéphane Andrieux. The address is part of the Bonnes Tables du Lot. Royal!

Arriving late , in the rain , after the kitchen closed they were waiting for us with delicious food and wine to serve !
The entire place is beautiful, including every room and the staff is second to none!
The Maitre’d , Cedric , a charming guy , took great care of us each night , Annabelle , at the front desk , crafted our itinerary each day , and the Chef , Stephane , prepared, not only delicious food but any special request we asked for !
This staff was lead by a gracious and talented manager named Maren !
Can’t offer enough accolades, it’s simply a picturesque and wonderful place !
