L'ENCANTADO
Establishment offering lunchtime formulas with traditional homemade dishes (turkey sauté, pork medallions, gratin)
In the Rue du Marché aux Truffes, L'Encantado has opened in place of the former Lion d'Or, a local institution at the time. New chef Johann Nazet aims to maintain the bistro spirit that is so important to village life. The lunchtime menus feature traditional homemade dishes (turkey sauté, pork medallions and gratin, chicken with olives, Toulouse sausage and braised cabbage...) and evening events include concerts and match broadcasts on the large screen in the dining room.
