Go to Lalbenque for a beautiful truffle omelette, a visit to the market and demonstrations.

She is the undisputed queen of winter and takes centre stage every Tuesday morning from December to March in Lalbenque at a market entirely dedicated to her. During the truffle festival in January, she has her moment of glory. Numerous activities are organised around the truffle market: discovery workshops, truffle digging competitions (searching for truffles with dogs and pigs), a culinary initiation, a photo exhibition, craft and local product stands.
