TERRES DU CHÂTEAU D'AIX
10 ha of vines producing Cahors appellation wines and 8 ha of plum trees, a site worth discovering
Aurélie Breuil and Myriam Guenser, two sisters in love with good produce and authentic moments, took over the estate from their father-in-law, Joël Vigouroux, when he retired in 2018. The estate is planted with vines, producing delicious wines under the Cahors appellation, on 10 ha and plum trees on 8 ha. Aurélie and Myriam are adamant about keeping both crops organic, and have even introduced ecopasturing on their farm. Numerous events and tastings are organized.
