LA FERME DE LA RAUZE
Serge, Jacques and Pascale Moulène are farmers who work in biodynamie. Special attention is paid to the variety and choice of seed. Chemical fertilizers, herbicides and insecticides are banned, but compost - obtained from livestock manure - is widely used. The farm also produces flour - processed into bread - from sunflower oil and apple juice sold on the Marchés markets on Saturday morning and from Gramat - Tuesday morning - and on the farm on Monday evening and Friday evening from 16 am to 19 pm. You can also buy beef, beef and pork meat (pig from Bayeux - a Norman race that was endangered) on order.
