The cheese dairy celebrated its 25th anniversary in the summer of 2023. Its history began in the heart of the Quercy plateau, on the banks of the Lémance, the river from which it takes its name. As part of a demanding organic approach based on solidarity, it supported the creation of France's first organic goat's milk chain. Its delicious products (cheeses, yoghurts, etc.) are made with respect for people and animal welfare. From petit coeur de paille to bûche de brebis, from panna cotta to crème brûlée and skyr, there's a whole range of delicacies for you to discover.
