It was his dream! In 2023, Laurent went ahead and took over the village restaurant to create an institution of fine dining! With his wife Marina, he imagined l'Oustal, a name that smacks of homemade regional dishes. A place where people like to stroll and share a meal with friends or family. In summer, Laurent gets behind the barbecue he's made himself, and grills up some fine meats in front of his guests! He buys his produce as close to home as possible, especially his Quercy lamb and Rocamadour cheeses, which he buys in Livernon itself. It's the kind of authentic dining we love to find in our villages! Bravo l'Oustal for this fine tribute to local gastronomy!
