RELAIS DE CASTELNAU
Restaurant located on a promontory with a view of the valley, the hills, towers and two castles.
The restaurant is panoramic, as the village sits on a promontory overlooking the valley, hills, towers and two castles, including the magnificent Castelnau fortress. Needless to say, the rooms are a natural extension of this setting! Thierry welcomes you to the bright, fresh, pastel-toned dining room. The chef is in the kitchen. As a good Breton, he's a champion when it comes to fish. But he's just as good when it comes to Quercy dishes, and he has the wisdom to call on good local producers: rack of Quercy farm lamb with thyme blossom, pike-perch back with shallot confit and red wine, and the pastry chef's homemade desserts: strawberry feuillantine with coulis. Fine vintages of Cahors on the wine list.
