Museum retracing human occupation from the Paleolithic to the Gallo-Roman period, with collections of flint, ceramics, etc
This museum is the result of archaeological excavations carried out on a site discovered at the end of the 19th century, offering a detailed view of prehistoric settlements. With its collections of flints, ceramics, arrowheads, coins and a replica of the famous Trajan column, it traces human occupation from the Palaeolithic to the Gallo-Roman period. The nearby excavation site can be reached via a path leading to the keep, accessible via the GR36.
