Chef Arnaud Sournac's dishes are based on fresh, local, seasonal produce, and offer a delightful culinary experience: start with a 3-course selection of homemade foie gras, continue with a duck tournedos with wild blueberry sauce and sweet potato purée, or a lamb effiloché confit and vegetable tagine, and finish with a lavender pavlova or a Souillac plum baba. All served on the covered terrace for a superb view of the cliffs, which at dinner are lit up by the sunset.
