Opened in 2000, Au hasard Balthazar is the restaurant of the artisanal cannery Le Comptoir des Bouriettes, and is located in the same building. The "Maître Restaurateur" distinction guarantees top-of-the-range regional cuisine: everything is fresh and homemade, with many local products, such as black pork, Quercy lamb and, of course, duck and goose. Settle down in the pretty dining room or on the terrace in the courtyard under the trellis to feast on duck breast or veal sweetbreads with morel mushroom sauce.
