On the plates, there's always that little extra touch that sublimates a classic dish: the piece of beef with its homemade purée unveils beautiful flavors. The recipes change weekly and follow the seasons. The brazier is available on Sundays. The service is efficient, the advice precise, the atmosphere warm and the decor refined without overdoing it.
