LE HAMEAU DES SAVEURS
Michel Monteil practices his profession on the family farm he has restored. Associated with René Janicot, he installs a laboratory for the purpose of working the Foie gras from Lot, Dordogne and Landes. The Qualisud certification ensures its artisanal products, origin and traceability. Marketed under the brand Mémé du Quercy for individuals or hamlet of flavours for fine restaurateurs and fine grocery stores, Michel Monteil's fatty livers are eaten wild or full, with Cahors wine or with figs, red fruits and spices. Its products can be found in Valrouflé, Cahors, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie and Cordes in the Tarn. A site and a magnificent, typically quercy building within unspoilt nature. Touristic trips and 4-star charm accommodation. Superb!
