Restaurant offering a daring and tasty cuisine with exceptional products
The Château de Mercuès opens its inner courtyard or its cosy room to enjoy a lunch like no other. La Table de Mercuès is the bistronomic restaurant run by chef Julien Poisot. He works with local products in short circuit such as the black Gascon pig, but also sometimes welcomes some sea products. In all cases, the chef works in a real relationship of trust with the producers and he knows how to sublimate what they deliver to him. The cheese comes from Maison Marty in Cahors, and the desserts are a sweet ode.
