Here is a room and table d'hôte in a charming old post house located in the heart of Ségala, near the Tolerme Lake. The address is labeled "rando-étape", you can enjoy a regional cuisine: trout with walnuts, stuffed chicken, stock fish and game stew. Didier prepares a generous seasonal cuisine, with the flavors of vegetables from his garden and local products. The menu changes daily and the quality is always there. Warm welcome and simply authentic. A very good address.
