LE CANABAL
The farm-inn of Michel Tressens, a farmer above all (but also a follower of the plant), organic farming, offers a newly equipped bed and breakfast. The plates are as beautiful to see as good to enjoy, in the living room, in the corner of the chimney, in all simplicity and conviviality, including agricultural products enhanced by fine alliances of old vegetables of yesteryear (overstating, nettle) and season sets: Eggplant caviar, golden potatoes with delicate flesh, Mexican tarragon and organic wine. In short, as you will have understood, the value for money ratio is unbeatable (menu 24 €: drink, soup, entrance, dish, cheese, dessert, coffee). An indispensable address.
