DOMAINE DES GRAVALOUS
The Domaine des Gravalous extends over 24 hectares between Puy-l'Evêque and Prayssac. An independent winegrower, Hervé Fabbro offers two distinct ranges of wines, with, on the one hand, the Côtes du Lot in white, rosé or red and, on the other hand, the AOC with three cuvées: a more typical traditional cuvée, a reserve cuvée matured for twelve months in oak barrels, more intense, and a prestige cuvée made from old vines located on the third terraces of the appellation, with more complex aromas. Also ratafia, a traditional aperitif and a natural grape juice.
