From Lembach, a short walk will allow you to admire the technical prowess of the medieval era. This section is part of a vast 90-kilometre hiking trail, to be discovered over several days. But don't worry, it only takes an hour to reach Fleckenstein Castle, a building built on the rock. The bravest will be able to push as far as the ruins of Froensbourg, 3 kilometres further, also semi-troglodytes. On the way back, don't miss the underground visit of the Fort du Four-à-Chaux de Lembach, a heritage of the Maginot Line.
