The concept is quite simple: a restaurant in a local grocery store. The chef concocts simple and healthy dishes, using only products from the shop. All week long, he offers quality dishes that vary according to the seasons. In the shop, a whole range of fresh products, meat, fish and vegetables, but also preserves, wines, biscuits, cakes, chocolates, tea or coffee... Traceability is displayed: everything is local! The fresh food department is only supplied by regional producers who work with a concern for quality.
