Isabelle is an artisan chocolate maker. She creates chocolate with ingredients cultivated with respect for the environment and the human being. She uses Peruvian cocoa paste from the Trinitario variety, to which she adds cocoa butter and whole cane sugar. All her creations contain 80% cocoa. She then transforms her preparation into different recipes for candies, bars, spreads, etc. All the fruits she incorporates in her recipes are candied in her workshop: oranges, lemon and ginger.
