CHÂTEAU LA COUSTARELLE
Here, you can discover the finest cuvées in a superb tasting room facing the charming village of Belaye, on the right bank of the River Lot. This 53-hectare estate, which has belonged to the Cassot family since 1870 and is now represented by Caroline and Nadine, has vines planted on 30 hectares of land, 80% of which is silico-clay and 20% clay-limestone, producing wines of astonishing typicity: tannic without excess, full-bodied and persistent on the palate, IGP Côtes du Lot and AOC Cahors, and recommended by leading oenologists.
