L’ESTANQUET
Restaurant with terrace proposing plates where the home-made predominates.
Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, Amandine is in charge of the dining room and Joshua is in charge of the Estanquet's stoves. From lunch to dinner, including afternoon ice creams, the duo works perfectly together, and you can feel it in the dishes, where homemade dishes predominate: homemade smoked trout bagel, Provençal-style shoulder of lamb with panisse, duck leg confit and porcini emulsion. The foie gras is homemade. On the sweet side, don't miss the tiramisu spéculoos banane, a real Estanquet institution! The south-facing terrace is as pleasant in summer as it is in winter.
