A few steps from the entrance of the sanctuary, the panoramic terrace overlooks the Alzou valley. The traditional cuisine honors local products. Home-made food predominates, with specialties from the South-West, such as semi-cooked foie gras with Jurançon and its chutney, duck confit and duck breast with French fries or pommes grenailles, omelette with boletus mushrooms, but also burgers. The meal ends on a sweet note with a tarte Tatin. The menu also offers vegetarian dishes, including a burger.

Des plats aussi pour les végétariens...
Il est un des rares restaurants de la cité avec du choix original et de la cuisine végétarienne soignée (autre que salade pour les lapins ou omelettes bidon). Pour les viandards, la viande est locale et savoureuse. De vraies frites avec de vraies patates. Serveurs et serveuses ont été pros et agréables malgré le monde. Un des meilleurs restaurants de la cité.

A éviter. C est scandaleux d accueillir ainsi ses clients
Réservation avec obligation d arriver à 12h00. 11h59 restaurant fermé. Les clients font la queue en attendant l l'ouverture. Accueil par le responsable désagréable puis carrément irrespectueux. Nous avons payé nos apéros et sommes partis sans les terminer. A éviter
