In the kitchen, regional dishes are the most represented: variations on duck (magret, confit, foie gras...), Quercy lamb, walnuts, etc. The emphasis is on local produce, but also on pizzas, omelettes and numerous desserts: everything is homemade. L'équipe est souriante mais un peu dépassé niveau cuisine.
Donc beaucoup d'attente...quasiment 2h30 pour obtenir entrée + plat.
