On this site, there are three levels: the castle above, the Sanctuaries below and the City below. To go from one level to the other, two lifts are available: the Inclined Lift and the Vertical Lift. The Inclined, which leaves every three minutes, takes you from the castle to the Sanctuaries. You have arrived at the historic heart of Rocamadour. The Vertical Lift takes you from the Sanctuaries to the medieval town. A good alternative for those who have difficulty climbing the steps! Good to know: twin tickets are available.

Fairly ridiculous to make this paying (and expensive) considering the average spending pattern of the tourist and considering the main parking upstairs is also paying . Completely ridiculous to stop at 9 pm.
It becomes even more bizarre when somewhere halfway the Kruisweg a contribution is asked to make it wheelchair friendly. Suggestion: start by making the elevator free of charge for the elderly and the disabled.
Terwijl ik hier andere prijzen zie voorbij komen. Het was een enkele reis. Dus veel te duur ook al is het handig of noodzakelijk (door gezondheidsproblemen)
