La ferme des campagnes has been offering its expertise since 1972. Explanation of duck breeding, tour of the canning facility, presentation of product preparation (foie gras, confits...) and opportunity to buy all products on the spot after tasting them. A family-run, artisanal production operation, this farm sells all its produce fresh or preserved, with no intermediaries. You'll also find walnut oil made from the farm's own walnuts, and the Amadour wine that the Salgues family produces with other winemakers.

C'est bien plus qu'une ferme et une simple épicerie. En saison, vous pouvez assister aux démonstrations de gavage des oies, (mais le spectacle est cruel pour les âmes sensibles), suivis d'une dégustation gratuite.
La boutique propose ses produits, foies gras et confits qui sont de qualité et les prix dans la norme.
