L'ATELIER DU GLACIER
Over the course of a stroll through the medieval town of Rocamadour, Louise glacier is the ideal break for a gourmet moment. A lovely terrace overlooking the famous main street welcomes you on sunny days, the service is warm and friendly. For the palate, it is a festival of homemade ice cream with fresh milk from the Marguerite farm (Aude's agricultural holding of 50 cows) and high expression sorbets. Less than 48h after milking, the milk is pasteurized in their premises before being transformed into ice. Some original flavours like the truffle of Albenque, the craft beer of Lot, the wine of Rocamadour, the gingerbread of Quercy, the cheese of Rocamadour, the caramel with fleur de sel, lemon cream, Frozen yogurt with strawberry coulis, caramel semolina, blend beautifully with fizz pineapple, mango, pear, raspberry sorbets... The pleasure also extends with coffee, hot chocolate, tea, smoothies, milk shakes, waffles. An unmissable stopover for gourmets!
