Discover Denis' jams, made with local, ripe fruit according to the season.
Denis has become an ace in this ancestral art, winning the silver medal at the first French Jam Championships in the summer of 2022. In his workshop in Rocamadour, Denis has developed a plethora of recipes that he makes according to the seasons with local and ripe fruits! He chooses his suppliers with great care and also works with local specialties such as walnuts from Périgord or a variety of plums from Carennac. In addition to jams, Denis makes spreads and condiments.
