Hotel-restaurant with an open kitchen concocting a bistronomic cuisine.

L'Informel is the second restaurant to be opened by the team at Les Trois Soleils hotel-restaurant in Montal, whose chef is none other than Michelin-starred Frédéric Bizat. Frédéric Bizat's smiling wife, Florence, welcomes guests and takes care of service in a bucolic setting. Featuring an open kitchen, the large air-conditioned dining room is extended by a green terrace at the foot of the hotel swimming pool. Enjoy grilled Aubrac beef or Quercy lamb chops, cooked with great skill.

Closed from November 11th to March 31st. Closed Monday lunchtime, Saturday lunchtime and Friday lunchtime and evening. Open Saturday to Thursday evenings; Tuesday to Thursday and Sunday lunchtimes. Reservations recommended. Single menu €36. A la carte menu: approx. €28. Lunchtime formula: €23. Groups welcome (booking essential). Terrace.

Nous y avons dîner hier soir un régal avec le menu découverte des saveurs du poisson à la viande fromage et dessert on est ressorti le ventre plein..

Nous n’avons pas séjourné à l’hôtel mais nous avons dîné au restaurant. Un moment extraordinaire ! Un régal pour les papilles dans une ambiance décorée d’œuvres d’art.

Le repas que nous avons dégusté était tout simplement excellent. Chaque plat était une explosion de saveur préparé avec maitrise. Le service était impeccable et l’ambiance chaleureuse a ajouté à l’expérience. Moment gastronomique inoubliable que je recommande à tous les amateurs de cuisine raffinée.
À noter l’exposition en salle de tapisseries de Jean Lurcat.
