Inn with a friendly atmosphere inviting to taste regional specialties

A Gothic pointed door, Quercinoise stones nibbled with ivy, you are there. The Auberge du Sombral is an old house nestled in the heart of Saint-Cirq-Lapopie. People come from far and wide to taste the regional specialities. The warm colours of the room whet your appetite in the friendly atmosphere of a great provincial restaurant. All this is enhanced by the crackling of the logs in the fireplace, once the summer season is over. On the hotel side, nicely decorated rooms in this old building. Magnificent address in an enchanting setting.

I just had a very pleasant and delicious meal. The restaurant is vey elegant and classic. Service is perfect, and surprisingly the food is way above then my expectation(tourist area).

Un accueil chaleureux a l'Auberge, ce soir là la carte n'étais pas disponible, seulement des assiette à partager mais nous avons été mis au courant avant d'être installé et c'est exactement ce qu'on voulais. Nous nous sommes régalés. Personnel très agréable ainsi que la petite terrasse. Merci pour tout :)

L’auberge est idéalement située au cœur du village. Notre chambre était simple et confortable avec vue sur la rue piétonne. C’est une vieille bâtisse d’époque avec peu d’insonorisation mais cela fait son charme. La gérante a été charmante et de bons conseils. Il est possible de se garer au P4 gratuitement car l’auberge vous permet d’utiliser une carte pour sortir. Il est à 150m environ de l’auberge, ce qui est appréciable avec les bagages. Le petit déjeuner est savoureux avec des confitures maison. Un agréable séjour pour visiter ce village dans les meilleures conditions. Merci.

Déception. Restaurant choisi à l'occasion d'une visite de Saint-Cinq Lapopie, après avoir consulté les avis et nous êtres fiés à la recommandation Michelin.
Cuisine très traditionnelle (mais c'est aussi ce qu'on peut espérer trouver dans le Lot), mais surtout sans grand relief.
2 verres de vin rouge, l'un à la limite du buvable et l'autre assez quelconque.
Le tout sur une table exiguë en bord de rue.

plusieurs fois, ils ont essayé de réserver par courrier, mais ils ont reçu une réponse grossière et un refus. quand nous sommes arrivés à l'institution, nous avons été très grossièrement refusés.
