LOU FAOURÉ
Lou Faouré and its medieval facade proudly trône place du Sombral, in the heart of Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, the preferred French Village 2012, just opposite the tourist office where Stéphane Bern announced the Happy Result. The restaurant, tea salon, coffee, glacier, pastry and pastries have a new room on the floor with bar and terrace. The décor is planted and the aromas are also part of the game: cabécou and his grout of homemade tomato, duck conflict, daytime pie, whole duck magret pan pepper sauce, Quercy lamb slice… Cocktails are also to discover. The recipe for success: 99% of the products are home stamped even the ice and pastries made by pastry chef Virgil, the little more Lou Faouré.
